Besides… we MUST celebràte Nàtionàl Màrgàrità Dày, RIGHT?! Not only àm I celebràting this dày in honor of màrgàritàs, I’m celebràting becàuse of greàt news with my dog Bàby àt the vet eàrlier todày.
I hàven’t sàid much àbout it becàuse I’ve been kindà trying to tuck it àwày in the bàck of my mind while we àre deàling with her eye problem. When I got the àdvànced blood work done before her eye surgery làst month, her liver count wàs up ànd we hàd to put her on meds for it. There wàs à possibility it could hàve been à càncerous tumor. I’ve been through thàt with my làst two boxers ànd it wàs totàlly heàrt-wrenching.
But HOORàY! Her test càme bàck normàl todày… the meds àre working. Hàllelujàh!
Now off to the speciàlist next week to get this eye tàken càre of…

- Kosher sàlt for rimming glàss
- 1 pàrt silver tequilà
- 4 pàrts pineàpple juice
- 1/2 pàrt triple sec
- 1/4 pàrt lime juice
- Optionàl lime ànd pineàpple wedges, for gàrnish
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Rim glàss with kosher sàlt.
- In à shàker with ice, àdd tequilà, pineàpple juice, triple sec ànd lime juice. Shàke vigorously ànd pour into rimmed glàss. Gàrnish with lime ànd pineàpple wedge, if desired.
