Sausage, Potato & Broccoli Sheet Pan Supper #healthy #glutenfree

Sausage, Potato & Broccoli Sheet Pan Supper #healthy #glutenfree

Any other person love a sheet dish dinner or feast that can be made in ONE pot or ONE container? I don't think about you, however for me, less dishes = more bliss. I am a major fundamentals kinda lady in the event that you couldn't as of now tell, so this combo of hotdog, potato, and broccoli is RIGHT suited to my strengths! It's generous and makes a huge amount of remains, so you are actually performing multiple tasks. Making supper AND feast preparing for snacks and different meals during the time simultaneously!

Once in a while chicken hotdogs kinda sicken me on the off chance that they aren't cooked completely through (despite the fact that they are pre-cooked, the consistency just monstrosities me out). Be that as it may, heating/broiling them gets them pleasant and fresh and OH SO delicious.

I as of late attempted it with the Paleo Cracked Black Pepper and Basil Chicken Sausage (Sabatino's image presented above) from Costco, and OMG – so great!! I wager it would be flavorful with some Pederson Farms Kielbasa, too. Main concern – utilize whatever hotdog you need! Simply check to ensure it's sans sugar in case you're completing a Whole30.

This wiener, potato, and broccoli sheet skillet dinner is Whole30 cordial and meets up in only 30 minutes. It is marinated in a flavorful sauce that takes this straightforward supper to an unheard of level!

Sausage, Potato & Broccoli Sheet Pan Supper #healthy #glutenfree

A quick and easy one pan meal that the whole family will enjoy! Whole30, paleo, and gluten free.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of 4 Aidell's Chicken & Apple Sausage, cut into 1/2 inch thick pieces or chicken/pork sausage of choice
  • 6-8 medium-sized red potatoes cut into 1-2 inch cubes
  • 1 head broccoli (or 12 oz package) chopped into florets
  • 1/2 cup olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Frank's Red Hot or other hot sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes more or less depending on how spicy you like things!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Add diced potatoes to a medium sized bowl. Add chopped sausage and broccoli to a separate bowl.
  2. Whisk remaining ingredients together to create the marinade/sauce. Pour half over the potatoes, and half over the sausage/broccoli. Mix well using your hands so all pieces are covered. I like to massage the oil into the broccoli - it creates the BEST flavor and crispiness!
  3. Add ONLY the potatoes to the pan, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and add the sausage and broccoli to the potatoes. Toss everything together and then spread back out evenly. Return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
  4. Check to see how browned everything is - if you like super crispy broccoli and potatoes like I do, add an additional 5 mins to the timer. Remove, serve with some Whole30 approved ranch dressing and enjoy!
