I adore solidified beverages in basically any structure. Regardless of whether it's a chocolate chilly from the drive-through (my indulgence!), a natively constructed strawberry watermelon daiquiri, or a sound banana cream pie smoothie for breakfast – I want them all.

A weekend ago my closest companion came over for a MUCH NEEDED young ladies night and I realized solidified mixed drinks were a MUST for the occasion. Our subject of the night? MEXICAN and motion pictures. She was accountable for the burritos (formula coming soon) while I prepared this fiery mango guacamole and a group of margaritas.

That is the place these truly little Raspberry Mango Margaritas come in! Part raspberry, part mango, all heavenly – this is one solidified beverage you MUST make! You'll need to make the raspberry blend first, empty that into a huge pitcher (or straight into the glasses), at that point wash the blender out and make the mango. I like to empty creamer into each glass, decorate with a couple of additional raspberries, and present with wedges of lime.

Ingredients :

  • For the Raspberry Margaritas:
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup chambord (or another raspberry liqueur)
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar (optional, for a sweeter drink)
  • 2 cups ice (hearty cups!)
  • For the Mango Margaritas:
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup triple sec
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners sugar (optional, for a sweeter margarita)
  • 2 cups crushed ice

Instructions :

  1. For the Raspberry Margaritas:
  2. Combine ingredients in the body of a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into a large pitcher, wash out the blender and repeat for mango margaritas.
  3. For the Mango Margaritas:
  4. Combine ingredients in the body of a blender and pulse until smooth. Fill each glass with half of the raspberry mix, then top with half of the mango mix. Serve at once!
